About
Native to the Mediterranean region, this fast-growing biennial plant forms dense rosettes of deeply cut green leaves. In a food forest, it occupies the herbaceous layer, providing continuous green seasoning and attracting a great diversity of pollinating insects when it flowers in the second year.
