About

Native to Europe and certain regions of Asia, common comfrey is a vigorous herbaceous perennial endowed with a deep taproot structure. In a food forest, it masterfully performs the role of a dynamic accumulator, frequently being pruned to supply mineral-rich biomass to the soil. Additionally, its bell-shaped flowers continuously attract bees and other pollinating insects during the warm season.
