About
Native to Europe and certain regions of Asia, common comfrey is a vigorous herbaceous perennial endowed with a deep taproot system. In a food forest, it masterfully performs the function of a dynamic accumulator, being frequently pruned to provide mineral-rich biomass for the soil. Additionally, its bell-shaped flowers continuously attract bees and other pollinating insects during the warm season.
