About

Small, hardy tree with early flowering, one of the first to bloom at the end of winter. Produces small, sweet red or yellow plums, good for fresh consumption and preserves. In the food forest, it occupies the lower tree layer, offers early nectar to pollinators, and is used as a rootstock for plum trees.
