About

Native to Eastern Europe and Western Asia, it is a herbaceous perennial plant characterised by its large leaves and vigorous deep taproot. In a food forest, it acts as an excellent dynamic nutrient accumulator, bringing minerals from the subsoil to the surface, and benefits nearby fruit trees.
