About

Allium vineale is a bulbous perennial herb native to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. In a food forest, it forms part of the base of the system where its aromatic profiles help to confuse insects and repel root pests. It propagates easily by producing small floral aerial bulbils, adapting resiliently to marginal and meadow areas.
