About

Bulbous wild garlic with pinkish flowers, common in dry Mediterranean terrain. Both the bulbs and leaves are edible, with a mild garlic flavour. In the food forest, it occupies the root and bulb layer, helping to repel certain pests and attracting pollinators with its bloom.

It can be planted now — September is one of the best months.
