About

Sedum album is a perennial succulent plant, native to Europe, which has a prostrate, mat-forming growth habit. In a permaculture system, it serves as an excellent, hardy ground cover for dry, stony areas or on green roofs, reducing soil evaporation. During the summer, it produces abundant white flowers that attract butterflies and small beneficial pollinators.
